Above and Below Asbestos Removal is currently seeking an experienced asbestos and demolition labourer to join our growing team on a casual basis, with the opportunity for ongoing full-time work. Based on the Central Coast NSW, this role offers the chance to work across a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial project sites throughout Sydney, the Blue Mountains, and the Hunter Region.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, works well within a team environment, and takes pride in maintaining safe and professional site practices. From asbestos removal and demolition labouring to site preparation and clean-up support, every day brings a different project experience and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work across NSW communities.
We’re seeking reliable and motivated individuals with experience in asbestos removal and demolition labouring who can confidently work across a variety of project sites throughout NSW.
The ideal candidate takes safety seriously, works well within a team environment, and is prepared to contribute to professional site operations across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Previous hands-on experience in asbestos removal works is required, with an understanding of safe handling procedures and site safety practices.
Applicants must hold a valid Class B Asbestos Ticket as a minimum requirement for this role.
A current White Card is required to work safely across construction and demolition project sites.
A current Friable (Class A) asbestos licence or ticket is highly regarded for applicants working with higher-risk asbestos materials.
Applicants with a current Face Fit Test are highly regarded to support compliant respiratory safety requirements on site.
A current Health Assessment or Medical is highly regarded for site compliance and workplace safety requirements.
Experience in demolition labouring is preferred, including handling tools, assisting machine operators, and performing site preparation and clean-up tasks.
Applicants must have their own reliable vehicle and be willing to travel across multiple project locations throughout NSW.
